Extra comments I would like to say

''The ultimate prank'' is officially my new favorite episode of the entire reboot; surpassing ''Smurfy secrets''. The only flaw in that episode is Brainy smurf. I felt extremely bad for him in that episode.

''Monkey see, Monkey do'' was supposed to be put in the ''A+ tier'' but thanks to Papa smurf; it's in the ''A tier'' instead. (And I will never forgive Papa smurf for SAYING THE LINE!!!! I swear; his line should be a meme!!!)

I never originally had a problem with Dimwitty and Grouchy but as time went by: I also started to get extremely angry and irritated at them.

''Smurf your seatbelts'' & ''The Pluffs'' are exactly the reasons why I don't like how relationship interactions are written in the reboot. Even the 1981 series can do a WAY better job than this!

I am too tired of this whole post so if anyone has any questions about any of the episodes I picked; please don't be afraid to comment although be warned; select the episodes carefully because I will respond to some and otherwise to others,

I don't agree that it's Brainy who is responsible, because when he criticized Chef's cuisine, Chef hadn't left yet because he asked others what he thought of his muffins, but Grouchy said "I don't like carrots" and Chef left the village and blamed Brainy unfairly just because he criticizes his food. In addition, Papa Smurf unfairly blames Brainy for the departure of Chef when he did nothing wrong, he just gave a constructive criticism, and Grouchy too, but he gets out of it because he is Grouchy and is not to blame, and Brainy must take the blame because of an opinion. In addition, Chef is too sensitive to criticism.

I have to know who likes Hefty (2021) & Papa smurf!! (2021) Papa smurf may have 10% redeemable qualities but Hefty has none!! (Except The stolen portrait)

I make countless rants on them and I always find the chance to diss and insult them whenever I can! I am not joking. I am sick and tired of remembering them and seeing only Hefty fans agreeing with me and basically no one else!! I am fed up of ranting about them because I feel like my thoughts aren't loud enough.

Am I missing something in them? Because all I feel is nothing but pure hatred towards them. And I am not even exaggerating. Tell me who actually likes them?

Bonus point: Tell me someone who likes Dreamer!!! (2021) I don't want to imagine someone liking him. (Answering this question is optional. I didn't expect Dreamer to be so infuriating!! And I have yet to rant about Doctor smurf as well.)

*I may have exagerrated my question a lot. Please don't take it seriously. I am not actually this angry in real life. I am curious. So, don't take my words seriously.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but I'm not a fan of the 2021 version of Papa Smurf and I find that he was Flanderized to become a complete idiot, not able to understand the conflicts of the Smurfs and lack of basic awareness of his environment. Smurfs avoid taking advice on him and treat him like a big joke.

The original version of the comics and the 1981 series of Papa Smurf will always remain emblematic for me and it is in these media that I love Papa Smurf.

I will analyze most of the episodes to show you how Papa Smurf is:

In "Blossom Goes Wild", Lily and Storm were angry with Blossom for putting Lily's life in danger, and also her, but I'm not going to summarize the whole episode, but you probably know the context. While Willow was trying to resolve the conflict, it didn't work. And Papa Smurf says that the girls will catch up with their actions, but Papa Smurf also doesn't care about the situation and doesn't take the time to go talk to them.

In "Manners Matters", he forces his smurfs to be perfect for Leaf's visit and behaves very badly.

In "Monkey See, Monkey Do", Jokey and Dimwitty steal the monkey from him and put Brainy in the package and find himself captured by Gargamel, while Papa Smurf, Dimwitty and Jokey go to save him, after finding him, while Brainy had lost his glasses and had to obey Gargamel under his monkey costume, Papa Smurf pronounces this sentence "Brainy, didn't you recognize us?" How can Papa Smurf not know that Brainy doesn't have his glasses? Everyone knows it, even Gargamel knows it, but Papa Smurf doesn't know it. If you don't believe me, I'll tell you that when Brainy had captured real smurfs without knowing, Papa Smurf was facing Brainy and he should have seen that Brainy had lost his glasses.

In "Waffles and Punishments", Greedy cheated in the waffle contest and kept being pursued in the village by Lily and Reporter and he asked Papa Smurf to help him, but Papa Smurf refuses to help him on the pretext that it is the price of celebrity and it therefore means that if a smurf is harassed, he considers the thing tolerable? Do you see how Papa Smurf didn't help Greedy?

"Smurf-fu", "Smurfy secrets", "Wanna bet?" and "Smurfette overdoes it" are episodes where Papa smurf’s whole existence is to just hand out challenges (threaten) or conflicts that the smurfs will have to resolve. In ‘’Smurf-fu’’, he just tell Smurfette and the smurf (don’t know his name) to go to Gargamel’s lair to save smurfs. In ‘’Smurfy secrets’’, it’s just to tell ‘’Brainy’’ (Gargamel) to reveal his secret before Brainy is revealed to be Gargamel. In ‘’Wanna bet?’’ he only appears in one scene just to serve a redemption arc for Smurfette and he disappears for the rest of the episode. ‘’Smurfette overdoes it’’ has Papa smurf set up the conflict and then ended his own conflict.

However, I noticed that Papa Smurf played the favorites with other smurfs:

In "Mind the Cat", Brainy had a good intention in helping Gargamel, since he was hypnotized by Azrael, but Papa Smurf and Smurfette were the ones who finally managed the situation, and they scold Braony for being reckless, but if it were Smurfette who did it, it would apparently be disinterested. In addition in "Smurf-Fu", Papa Smurf allows Smurfette to go to Bigmouth to free the smurfs with an unnamed smurf.

In "Smurfs in Disguise", Hefty and Scaredy disguise themselves, for fear of being scolded by Papa Smurf for accidentally breaking his telescope, but Papa Smurf decides not to punish them, because he knew it was them under their disguises. Do you see how Papa Smurf would not punish a girl? Sexist his thing.

In "Smurfy Magic Duel", he puts the life of Lily and Smurfette in danger with Willow just for their magic and he accidentally made Gargamel and Azrael appear in the village, putting the lives of his smurfs in danger. In addition in "The Sarsaparillo Run", he, Willow and Smurfette abandon Leaf to be saved when Gargamel attacks them and apart from Smurfette, they fight for the Sarsaparillo, do not forget how the Smurfs made fun of him for no apparent reason at the beginning of the episode.

In "Leaf's Under The Weather", he lets "Marmagel" take care of Leaf and argue with Doctor and rather than be wary, he lets him do it, before realizing that it's Gargamel. In addition, he argued with Willow once again.

In "Smurfette Overdoes It", he forgives Smurfette for what she did towards the end of the episode and understands that going further is her flaw and quality, so he does not give any advice, but he plays the favorites with her, but supports her flaw and encourages her to do more damage, because Smurfette will be very selfish in "Wanna Bet?" To bet on the smurf objects.

If another smurf like Hefty or Clumsy, or Jokey were to imitate exactly the same action as Smurfette, they would immediately be scolded by Papa Smurf, in a grumpy and furious tone. Ironically, actions that are less serious than the Smurfette cause a triggering reaction in the Smurf Dad. The list includes:

1. Jokey and Dimwitty disguise Brainy as a monkey for Gargamel and keeping the monkey to themselves.

2. Storm and Brainy lose the book of secrets.

3. Vanity and Jokey create mini joke smurfs for chaos.

4. Painter and Jokey transform everyone into sand statues using the camera (not Painter, but it's Jokey who started).

And they are all (OK maybe not Painter and Jokey) reprimanded or punished by Papa Smurf in one way or another, in the case of Vanity and Jokey, get their ears pulled.

The last thing to emphasize is the way Papa Smurf blames the other Smurfs. For example, in "Doctor Brainy and Mister Dumb", Smurfette knew that she was making fun of Brainy because of her arrogance and what does Papa Smurf do? He said that it was not Smurfette's fault and that it was rather "when Brainy tries to do something, he never stops there". It therefore means that if Brainy or any other smurf has a strong opinion, it means that they are wrong and that they must listen to other smurfs. But Smurfette also has strong opinions, but she is always right. Why if Smurfette makes a mistake, other Smurfs have to take the blame and not her? Smurfette was literally an honest Smurf, for once!!!! Admit that she was wrong! But once again, Papa Smurf plays the favorites, saying that it is not the Smurfette's fault and that the others are "stupid".

Papa Smurf would do anything to protect the Smurfette because he is very overprotective towards her and always agrees with her. No matter how much the Smurfette tries to redeem herself and be honest with herself, Papa Smurf always covers her like a blanket with the energy of Mary Sue and Karma Houdini. But Papa Smurf doesn't care about the other Smurfs. He only praises the Smurfette, loves her, protects her and everything.

Is there or was a Smurf name Snorty Smurf? Because when Hogatha runs into Vanity he just acts as if he seen him before and when at the village Papa Smurf starts calling him Snorty along with everyone else

I was watching Cartoon All-Stars To The Rescue and the wiki page says that both Harmony and Baby Smurf makes a cameo in the comic book Papa, Brainy and Hefty come out of but I can't find them anywhere so could someone show me a image where they show up?
