Rowdy Smurf is rambunctious and likes to follow his own rules. Being the most energetic out of all the Smurfs, Rowdy is not afraid to smurf where others might sit. If you hear action, Rowdy's either creating it or getting in it, even if his fellow Smurfs get in trouble because of said action. Rowdy truly lives up to his name, and isn't afraid to show it! Despite his disruptive tendencies, Rowdy is still a Smurf at heart. When he's around the room, Rowdy wants nothing more than his friends to have a "rowdy" time, meaning a fun, great, and boisterous time with lots of laughter and enjoyment! At the end of the day, Rowdy's a really fun guy to have around...as long as you don't make him mad, or things WILL get ugly.
You can recognize this rough and tumble Smurf by his rabbit ears on his hat. He speaks in an Australian accent and his best friend is
Tuffy Smurf, since they're both on the reckless side. Rowdy often spends time with the Smurflings just as much as Papa Smurf and Smurfette, possibly that they all love to have fun and play around. Rowdy told Snappy in secret that the latter is the former's favorite Smurfling, being how they have the same personality traits.
