"Alien Smurf" is the fourteenth episode of Season 1 of the CGI TV series, The Smurfs.

Synopsis[]
An alien arrives in the village and takes the form of a Smurf. All the Smurfs are in his grip, except for Smurfette, who will save the village with the help of Storm, Blossom, and Lily.
Summary[]
On a night in Smurf Village, an alien, Glee-Go, comes from the sky and comes into the village. He plays around in Smurfs' houses and enters Jokey's house. He observes and copies his body to transform himself into a Smurf. He has a hard time adjusting, such as walking instead of flying. He walks out of Jokey's house and starts to pursue his quest of becoming friends with every Smurf.
In the morning, Brainy, Hefty, and Harmony are having breakfast, but out of nowhere, Glee-Go asks them if they want to play with him. All three of them believe that he's just Jokey. Glee-Go then observes Hefty eating a muffin and then tries to help him, but Hefty almost chokes and pushes Glee-Go. Glee-Go then hypnotizes Hefty with his starry (a small electric mouse-like robot) and subsequently, Brainy and Harmony. The three Smurfs cheer for Glee-Go as Glee-Go starts his hypnotizing.
Later, Handy is busy in his workshop as Glee-Go comes in. He plays with his hammer, which Handy takes away from him out of fear that he will hurt somebody. Glee-Go then calls Handy a "drag" and hypnotizes him. The other Smurfs come in and walk out with Glee-Go and the recently hypnotized Handy. He then approaches Clumsy, who trips over a rock. Glee-Go believes this is a game, but Clumsy says he's just being clumsy. He trips again and Glee-Go drops Starry, which hypnotizes Clumsy.
While the Smurfs enjoy playing with Glee-Go, he then approaches Smurfette but then notices that she's a girl. He insults her and runs off with Smurfette going after him. Glee-Go approaches Grouchy, who say he doesn't like friends - causing him to get hypnotized. Smurfette notices this and tries to get Papa Smurf, but he's been hypnotized as well. Smurfette realizes she's going to need some help.
Smurfette uses Brainy's smurfway and drives it into the forest, where Storm, Blossom, and Lily are practicing hits and kicks. The Smurf Girls are annoyed at Smurfette for interrupting their training, so she tells them about the village being hypnotized by Glee-Go. The three girls don't believe it, mock her, and believe she has sunstroke. Irritated, Smurfette says she will tell them on the way.
Back in the village, Glee-Go and Hefty go against Handy and Farmer in a game of knights. Glee-Go wins again as the Smurfs cheer. Then, he makes everyone pretend it's his birthday. Chef has made a cake, but Glee-Go destroys it, saying he wants candy instead. Handy builds Glee-Go a statue, which Glee-Go rejects for a bigger one. The Smurf Girls observe him and notice how bratty he is. While Smurfette decides to attack from the back, the others do it from the front, much to her disappointment and she follows them.
Glee-Go notices they have arrived to his arena and tries to force the girls out. Blossom threatens him, which makes Glee-Go and the hypnotized Smurfs chuckle. The alien sends his Smurf army to attack, though his plans begin failing as his army turns out to be much weaker. While the Smurf Girls win victoriously, there is one more person Smurfette has to defeat... Papa Smurf. Papa Smurf is about to attack, but he breaks his back at the last second while the girls look at him.
With all of the Smurfs defeated, Glee-Go decides to attack himself using his starry, but Smurfette blocks the zap with Vanity's mirror. It bounces back to Glee-Go's starry, which sends it in the air and breaks it when it falls to the ground.
Glee-Go goes to the starry and cries, saying all he wanted to do was make friends and wishes for his parents. Suddenly, his parents - which are two balls of aliens - come. They turn out to be alien-like balls that fly in the sky. Glee-Go's parents undo all of the horrors Glee-Go has caused and berate him for worrying them. They then take Glee-Go home and disappear after flying off. Now un-hypnotized, Papa Smurf notices the mess in the village as the Smurf Girls laugh.
Trivia[]
- This episode has a similarity to the episode of the 80's series "It Came From Outer Smurf". Instead of a "person who saw something, but others think they're crazy" kind of plot, it goes in a different direction and uses the "mind control" plot.
- This episode marks the debut of Drummer Smurf in the series.
