Arturo Mercado Chacón (Guanajuato, December 7, 1940) is a recognized actor of Mexican dubbing with over 50 years of experience in the art world.
He was the voice of Clumsy Smurf, Jokey Smurf, Hefty Smurf, Painter Smurf, Poet Smurf , Peewit, Grandpa Smurf and Azrael voice in the spanish version of the Smurfs cartoon show.
