Buzzy is a character who appeared only in the Season 7 episode "Sassette's Hive". He is the nephew of Queen Beetrice who was ignored and not accepted by the other Bee People due to his age. Even his own aunt often dismissed things he had to say and made sure to treat him with utmost strictness as expected of a child of royalty. Because of this, he befriends Sassette who, earlier in the episode, received similar treatment from her fellow Smurfs.
At the end of the episode, when Queen Beetrice offers for Sassette to stay with her and help run the hive, Sassette tells her that Buzzy will be all the help that she needs, therefore helping the queen to realize that she shouldn't have been disregarding Buzzy.
