Smurfs using catapult
A catapult is a ballistic device used to launch an objects with a great distance without the aid of explosive devices. It is one of the ancient and medieval siege engines.
In the Smurfs media, catapults are always be seen in the Smurf Village. The Smurfs usually use this to protect themselves against attacks. Different from humans, the Smurfs will use smurfberries instead of rocks to attack. Smurfs will also use catapult to sent enemies such as Gargamel away form the village. There is also some occasions like the episode "Reckless Smurfs" that Smurfs have been tossed away by catapult for entertainment.
