Corey is a human character who appears in the cartoon crossover special "Cartoon All-Stars To The Rescue". She is the little sister of Michael (circa 7-9 yers old), a teenager who is the main character of the story, who got involved in the use of drugs two years prior to the story's present day by smoking a marijuana cigarette. In the story, Michael steals money from his sister Corey's piggy bank in order to get money for buying crack that was being distributed at the local video arcade. Corey is alerted to this right after the cartoon characters in her bedroom, including the Smurfs, work together to wake her up by making the Baby Kermit alarm clock go off, and confronts her brother about the theft. Michael's treatment of Corey, however, makes her so frightened and concerned that she doesn't know whether or not to tell her parents, fearing that her brother might blame her for doing something wrong against him.
As Michael deals with the cartoon characters telling him that he shouldn't do drugs and the evil influence known as Smoke telling him that he should, Corey eventually goes into her brother's bedroom and finds his hidden stash of drugs. Smoke then goes after Corey, tempting her into trying the drugs so that she can talk to her brother once again. Michael, seeing that Smoke is now going after Corey to get her to do the same drugs, comes into the bedroom to keep Corey from touching the drugs and afterwards renounces having anything to do with Smoke or the use of drugs, making Corey feel happy again.
The character is voiced by Lindsay Parker.
