He is largely known for voicing animal characters such as Santa's Little Helper and Snowball II from ''The Simpsons'', as well as other characters without any actual speech, such as Orbitty from ''The Jetsons''. He also provided the voice of Megatron, as well as several other characters from the 1980s syndicated Transformers cartoon show, and is possibly best known for providing the voice of Freddy Jones in most incarnations of the Scooby Doo series. He also uses a "Rainman-y" voice on several characters, including Ralph the Guard from Animaniacs and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit in Epic Mickey and Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.
