Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor whose work includes Baldur's Gate as well as the Walt Disney movies and Shows Aladdin, The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Princess and the Frog, Chip N Dale: Rescue Rangers, The Jungle Book 2 and TaleSpin. He is also perhaps best known for the voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger since The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Pete in Mickey Mouse Series. He also did Dreamworks Movies and Series, Captain of the Guards in Shrek and Lidong in Kung Fu Panda.
During the ninth season of the Smurfs cartoon show, Jim provided the voice for the Sultan of Sweets in the episode "Sky High Surprise". He also voiced Gargamel and Papa Smurf in The Smurfette Show.
