Little Thunder was a baby dinosaur who only appeared in the episode "Future Smurfed". He was accidentally brought here by Gargamel when he and Lord Balthazar abducted Father Time and opened a rip in the fabric of time by using his scythe. The Smurflings found him in the forest when they were playing smurfarang.
