Synopsis[]
Two Trokels who are out of favor with King Bandor overthrow him. They then install a puppet regime with Brainy as king of the Trokels. The Trokels get more than they bargained for, but Brainy may find himself in the same situation as Bandor if this persists.
Trivia[]
- This episode was available on the VHS tape of Pappy's Puppy.
- This is not the first time Brainy has become king. Both episodes end his leadership for the same reason: his hubris led him to be more tyrannical than beloved as a ruler, so he was denounced of his kingship by the end of both episodes.
- The Trokels reappear in this episode.
- Sassette did not appear in this episode but is seen on a statue outside of the library.
Goofs[]
- Several Smurfs can be seen going out into the forest with Papa Smurf. Later, the only Smurfs seen are Hefty, Handy, Clumsy, and Grouchy.
