Louise is a female dragon that Hogatha owns as protector of her castle in the cartoon show episode "The Golden Smurf Award". She also provides steam for Hogatha to bathe her face in every morning, though at the time the episode takes place, all that steam is causing Hogatha to have dry skin which she needs to rejuvenate by rubbing essence of Smurf oil on herself.
