Ol' Cindy is a character and the main antagonist of "G'Day Smoogle", a Season 9 episode of the Smurfs cartoon show. He is greedy man from the Australian outback who desired to acquire the outback's rare treasures. He is an enemy of the Smoogles and sought to enslave them to help him acquire treasure, aided in his schemes against the Smoogles by his pet Wombat Willy.
In the episode, Ol' Cindy and Willy finally found a large deposit of rare opals and realized that he needed slaves to get the hard-to-reach gems for him. Ol' Cindy then sought out the Smoogles, but not before going to the beach to get some sunglasses to protect himself from their powers. After using their own powers against them, Ol' Cindy and Wombat Willy made the Smoogles dig out as many opals as they could, but their plans were interrupted by Smoogle and his "cousin" who tricked them into letting down their guard. They then hypnotized them with their powers and made him free the Smoogles. The Smoogles then ordered Ol' Cindy and Wombat Willy to leave the outback.

- Ol' Cindy's mannerisms, posture, greed, pet, and antagonistic relationship with the Smoogles are quite reminiscent of Gargamel's own traits and relationship with the Smurfs, possibly making him Gargamel’s descendant.
