Party Planner Smurf (French Schtroumpf Organisateur de Fête or Schtroumpf Fêtard) is a Smurf character who appears in The Smurfs 2. He is a party planner who is seen in the early part of the movie working with Social on planning Smurfette's birthday party while keeping such knowledge a secret from Smurfette. However, he is not seen nor mentioned for the remainder of the film after this scene.
He also appears with Smooth dancing to "Ooh La La" in its music video.
