Rogue is one half of a duo of bandits who appear in the episodes "The Royal Drum", "To Coin A Smurf", and "Stop And Go Smurfs". He along with Witlow both speak with Cockney British accents and attempt to commit robbery crimes at any rate whenever it comes to finding something they want. But whenever the Smurfs get involved, they manage to thwart their plans and defeat them.

When they appeared in "The Royal Drum", they heard the news about Imani and Tasha coming to the kingdom, introducing their selves and the drum to King Gerard and showing its power. But when they planned to rob the drum, the two bandits sneak up at the camp and steal it with their own bare hands, leading to the animals, the lion, zebras, and giraffe, to escape (hence, the lion was trying to eat the giraffe and zebras as usual). And the two crooks hid the drum where they won't find it. They also kidnap Imani and lock her in a tower. But when the Smurfs caught up after they found the animals, leading to a havoc with the lion, they managed to help the princess escape with the help of the lion, in which Grandpa Smurf, Sassette, and Snappy used it to scare Witlow and Rogue. Whatever happened to them is unknown after they were scared off by the lion, leaving them standing on the window, but it can be assumed they were sent to prison for their crime.

In the episode, "To Coin A Smurf", they appeared to rob Gargamel's coins, who were actually Grandpa, Sassette, and Brainy after Gargamel turned them into gold coins. When Gargamel failed to stand up for himself and manage to cowardly leave in fear of the two bandits, Hefty and Vanity spotted the two snatch their gold-coined Smurfs while they were spying on Gargamel, only to expect to tell Papa Smurf the bad news. After that, Gargamel angrily plans to report Witlow and Rogue to King Gerard, or Lord Balthazar (although he was mentioned and didn't appear in the episode), but finally the sheriff. Later, after the Vanity retreated to Papa and Smurfette, who were riding on Feathers, the bandits dine in an inn while Hefty spied on them, and they both made fun of Gargamel's fear of them until the innkeeper came in to collect on their bill. The pair agreed that it was time to pay, and when the innkeeper said they owed him ten pennies, they used the gold coin that was Brainy, saying the innkeeper could keep the rest. This pleased the innkeeper, who bit the coin to test its authenticity. Despite Brainy crying out in pain, the innkeeper was satisfied and deposited the coin into a piggy bank. What Rogue and Witlow actually planned to do was to recapture the Brainy coin later by burglarizing the inn and stealing the rest of the innkeeper's wealth. Later, Rogue takes the bag of coins that had Grandpa and Sassette in it from the sleeping Witlow, while the Smurfs set off to find Hefty and the gold-coined Smurfs, while Vanity tells Gerard about the incident, and while Gargamel reports the thieves to the sheriff. After Gerard and his soldiers ride the night to find the thieves and Smurfs, Hefty gives a signal to the Smurfs on Feathers when he was found, and Rogue steals the piggy bank and bag which had the coined Smurfs. Rogue runs out the inn while Witlow wakes up and realizes the bag was gone, saying "Rogue has taken my gold! My gold! My gold!" and then trips off the stairs, waking the innkeeper who also found that the money from his inn was taken although he didn't know the coined Smurfs were in there. Rouge is then caught by Gargamel and the sheriff, but Witlow jumps on Rogue , leading to a brawl and dropping the money. The two thieves are caught by King Gerard and arrested, while Gargamel is arrested for making coins without a license when he claimed he made the gold the innkeeper made, which was because he thought the coin-Smurfs were in there.

In the episode "Stop And Go Smurfs", the two bandits are hired by Erns and Hildegard to work as polishers, but then they plan to steal the magic bell with the spell Papa Smurf put in. So when the entered Andella's room, they tried to do so, and they succeeded as well as kidnapping Adella. So the Smurfs went to the bandit's hideout and tried to get the bell back, but the crooks caught them when Clumsy rang it just so the Smurfs can look like they were frozen from the spell, so they both decided to burn the bell on fire right when Adelle insisted the Smurfs will never move again when they do so. But Witlow and Rogue don't listen to her and place the firewood. While Painter frees Papa Smurf from the cage and tries to distract the bandits with his plan, Papa got his chance to reverse the spell with the powder, he is caught by the thieves, and when Papa tells them to not ring the bell for a second time, Rogue does so, only to be revealed that the spell Papa put was to be reversed when the bell is rung, turning it back to its normal self, much to the surprise of the two crooks. And like in "The Royal Drum", whatever happened to the two was unknown after the Smurfs freed Adelle and brought her home.
