Rowdy Smurf (original French name Schtroumpf Chahuteur) is a minor character of the Smurfs comic books.
Character[]
As his name implies, he is portrayed as a rather rambunctious Smurf who likes to get his own way and get into the action, even if it gets his fellow Smurfs into trouble -- a role that is similar to the 1980s cartoon show version of Snappy Smurfling. For example, in comic book stories such as La rentree des schtroumpfs in The Gray Smurfs album part of the Three Smurfs Stories, he harassed and beaten up Brainy multiple times in the story when Smurfette was teaching a class of Smurfs.
The only thing that separates him from the other Smurfs is his angry expression in a similar fashion to Grouchy and Snappy.
