Smurftulip is one of the Smurf Girls who inhabited Smurfy Grove and was introduced in "A New Beginning". Like the other Grove inhabitants, Smurftulip wears the sand-colored clothing, an orange flower in her hat, and has long, back length hair which also has bangs that part in the front. Smurftulip wears a necklace with three green beads and a matching armband on her right arm.
In the story, Smurftulip and Smurfbegonia end up going missing, as reported by Smurflily. She is later seen standing next to Smurfbegonia.
