Sorcerer Smurf was the identity of two wizards posing as a long-lost shadowy Smurf who had magical power that was reputed to be greater than that of Papa Smurf, both of which appeared in the eponymous cartoon show episode. The first Sorcerer Smurf was Gargamel, who lured the Smurfs to a secret lair inside the Mountain Of Mists with a magic book so he could trap them and force them to bring him to their village. The second Sorcerer Smurf was Papa Smurf, who appeared unto Gargamel when the Smurfs were taking him to their village, who secretly was using the other Smurfs to shake the ground and make the trees appear to come to life so he could scare Gargamel away.
