The Penguin was a character seen in the Season 9 episode "No Reflection On Vanity". The penguin doesn't really have a name; rather Brainy calls him the "glasses stealer" since he accidentally took Brainy's glasses. Vanity reacts negatively every time he sees him as he stole his mirror earlier in the episode. The Penguin played with and saved Baby Smurf after he fell into the ocean. He later saved Vanity from drowning and gave him back his mirror before they parted.
