Trivia[]
- This is the seventh half-hour special of the series. The first six are "The Pluffs!", "Smurfy Secrets", "The Smurfs Show", "Ogre Love", "Smurf To The Future", and "The Great Smurfs Games".
- This is the second episode of the series to feature beings from outer space, after "Alien Smurf".
- This is Leaf's only appearance in season three.
- This episode invokes the Batman Can Breathe in Space trope on TV Tropes as Storm, Farmer, and Vanity are able to survive in space without spacesuits or helmets.
- Farmer said Storm can be a spitfire. This is a reference to Storm’s Dragonfly, Spitfire from Smurfs: The Lost Village.
- It is ironic when Papa Smurf wants to be recruited by undergoing the test through cheating methods even though he could just self-appointed himself as the captain since he is the leader after all.
- Karma: Because Papa Smurf blackmailed Brainy and cheated on his test, the rocket took off without him or the others as he is stranded on Earth thanks to Clumsy.
- It is unknown how Storm successfully entered the ship without alerting the eyes of the public.
