The Witch Haven Conservatory is a school in the Smurfs cartoon show that trains little witches how to be "evil", where they learn many spells for doing many bad deeds, like turning birds into bats. If a little witch breaks the school's rules, which in this case is being a "good" little witch, she will be expelled. Brenda the littlest witch was a student of this school, and Miss Snarly was one of its teachers.
